Timelines
Secure the Date of Your Event
Submit basic event information about location, timing, contact person, menu planning and guest count.
A 50% deposit is due ASAP to confirm the date of your event.
Refer to the following timelines to assist with booking your event.
2 Weeks Prior to Your Event
Confirm Menu. Provide copies of the room diagram and any special equipment needs. Payment of remainder of bill due.
Five Business Days Prior to Your Event
$100.00 fee applied to all events booked after this time.
